Los Angeles is always up with the latest trends and like the current nostalgic trend in Hollywood films, there is a bar that sounds like the best 80s bar possible for current times. The Los Angeles Times gave readers a little preview of the bar in a recent report and it had us pretty excited.
This Los Angeles 80s Bar Sounds Incredible
“Tousle your hair and get your acid-wash jeans out of storage. Big hair and the ’80s fashion staple are encouraged at the Lazer Kat bar, now open in West Hollywood,” according to The Los Angeles Times.
“There’s an LED dance floor, a logo featuring a cat with lasers shooting out of its eyes and a portrait of Mr. T hanging prominently on one of the walls. The bar has a selection of boozy slushies along with PBR on tap, cans of Hamm’s and throwback cocktails: Blue Hawaiians and Jungle Birds anyone?”
The small description sounds like just the tip of the iceberg for the West Hollywood bar. We could totally see the Stranger Things cast holding a premiere of some sort at a joint like this one. The 80s is really taking over once again and with establishments like this one, 80s fans of all ages can gather to celebrate their favorite decade the right way.
