Top 5 List of 80s Feel Good Movies Up For Debate
“It’s been said more than once, but the 80s were a transition decade that was basically pulling away from the 70s and somehow getting ready for the 90s by completing a major overhaul of what people knew and recognized within many facets of their daily lives,” according to TVOvermind.

It’s this thinking that put some pretty heavy hitters on the list that the publication developed. In short the list includes: Stand By Me, The Breakfast Club, Back to the Future, The Goonies and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.
Now, the list aims for some pretty heavy hitters and some would argue that there are films that feature the same feel good concept. Ghostbusters, Adventures in Babysitting and plenty of other films from the 80s could easily fit this criteria. So, is it fair to go right to the big hits?
