We hear you singing “Take On Me,” don’t be shy about it. It was one of the most memorable tracks of the 80s and still remains a big hit today. The band responsible for the hit, A-ha, is back again reunited in full for a new album and tour.
A-ha is Back Again for A New Album and Tour
“The group were congregating in Berlin, Germany for the reunion, where they took part in a Q&A about their plans for next year – which includes a back-to-their-roots album,” according to DailyMail.
“Branding the press conference their ‘Summer Solstice’ A-Ha met at the Norwegian Embassy to preview their new MTV Unplugged DVD, followed by a talk moderated by Jo Nesbø, the international best-selling author from Norway.”

Morten Harket, Magne Furuholmen and Pål Waaktaar-Savoy will be giving us a kick of nostalgia and some fresh new tracks in 2018. As 80s fans, we couldn’t be more delighted that one of the most 80s bands ever is making its return.
“According to previous reports, the band were have been spending a lot of time locked away in the studio, recording new material,” according to the report.
That would explain why we really hadn’t heard much from them aside from a couple of shows here and there.
“For the MTV Unplugged shows, A Ha played 17 songs in completely new arrangements as well as two new songs and two cover versions on vintage acoustic instruments,” according to the report.
Looks like we’ve got plenty to look forward to from A-ha.
Und die Herren von @aha_com höchstpersönlich sind natürlich auch da! 😊🇳🇴 pic.twitter.com/uKO4DyCAo3
